BLUEPRINT SOFTWARE hereby authorizes the user of the site to view, print, copy and distribute information published by BLUEPRINT SOFTWARE on this site and related BLUEPRINT SOFTWARE sites that may be published from time to time (BLUEPRINT Sites), provided that: (i) the information may be used internally (by the user or any third party to whom the user distributes it) only for informational purposes; (ii) no fee may be charged for distribution of any information to any third party; and (iii) any and all copyright or other proprietary notices that appear on the BLUEPRINT Sites, must appear on all copies that you make or distribute. Any notes, message/billboard postings, ideas, suggestions, concepts or other material submitted will be received by BLUEPRINT SOFTWARE on a non-confidential basis and become the property of BLUEPRINT SOFTWARE throughout the universe and BLUEPRINT SOFTWARE shall be entitled to use the material for any type of use forever including in any media whether now known or hereafter devised.

Our product uses Google Maps. As such, where applicable, users are bound by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, including the Google Privacy Policy.

(1) This site is controlled and operated by BLUEPRINT SOFTWARE from its offices within the Province of Alberta. BLUEPRINT SOFTWARE makes no representation that materials on BLUEPRINT Sites are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

(2) This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta. Any action you, any third party or BLUEPRINT SOFTWARE bring to enforce this agreement or, in connection with, any matters related to the BLUEPRINT Sites shall be brought only in the courts of the Province of Alberta, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein and shall not be modified except by BLUEPRINT SOFTWARE.
